At that place Is a Cloud is the sixth alive anthology (tenth anthology overall) by American contemporary worship band Acme Worship. The album was released on March 17, 2017 by Peak Church building,[ane] [2] alongside Provident Label Group.[3]

There Is a Deject was nominated for a GMA Dove Honour in the Worship Anthology of the Yr and the Long Form Video of the Yr categories at the 48th Almanac GMA Dove Awards, and the Elevation Christian Album Award at the 2018 Billboard Music Awards.

Background [edit]

Elevation Worship recorded the album live during the 12-day "Code Orange Revival" issue in September 2016,[iv] held by Elevation Church at its Ballantyne campus in Charlotte, North Carolina.[5] In an interview with Herb Longs of The Christian Beat, Chris Chocolate-brown and Mack Brock, founding members of Elevation Worship, were asked for insight into the title track "There Is a Cloud" and why the song represented the collection. Dark-brown responded saying:

In i Kings in that location's a story about Elijah telling his servant to become expect for a raincloud when the land had been in a drought for 3 years. And his servant comes back 6 times saying there'due south no sign of pelting. But finally on the 7th fourth dimension, he reports that he sees a small cloud ascent out over the ocean. And it felt like a great message to centre our album around – that when we notice ourselves in a season of drought, a season of waiting or of wondering when we'll run across the harvest from what nosotros've been sowing, nosotros can trust that God is true-blue, throughout it all! When God gives us a promise, it's no longer a matter of if, but when. A flavor of drought doesn't hateful the expiry of a hope, but a filibuster. Crusade what God promises, He'll always practice. And then this title rails for the anthology is centered around the faithfulness of God.

– Chris Brownish, The Christian Beat[4]
